Dou you think tool f3b is a good option for f3f competition for light winds?
And or is it similar to ellipse 2v?

Hi Guille!
Yes it is, like every F3B ship it is pretty light and has more uplift available
than usual F3F weapons. The Tool could nearly turn like Ellipse2 but has a
better performance overall. Look at the results of German masters in F3F
in Rügen, Tool made a 6th place, condititions were weak.
